1) Shower drain, 2) Superintendent, 3) Sever, 4) Abscess

The dishwasher doesn't dry, the shower drain has someone else's hair in it.

 

 

Superintendent : A superintendent is a person who is responsible for a particular thing or the work done in a particular department. 

 

3) Sever : To sever something means to cut completely through it or to cut it completely off. 

We need to remove the tumor, but to do that, we will have to sever the nerve.

 

 

4) Abscess : An abscess is a painful swelling containing pus. 

swelling : A swelling is a raised, curved shape on the surface of your body which appears as a result of an injury or an illness. 

pus : Pus is a thick yellowish liquid that forms in wounds when they are infected. 

drain : If you drain a liquid from a place or object, you remove the liquid by causing it to flow somewhere else. If a liquid drains somewhere, it flows...  

 

We were able to drain the abscess.
